We're a few minutes walk from Victoria's downtown Inner Habour.

Parking
There is meter parking outside our studio. There are also two parkades - one next door to us, and one across the street.

Driving Directions

From BC Ferries (Swartz Bay):
Drive south on Hwy 17 to Victoria. Hwy 17 will become Blanshard Street. Follow Blanshard Street and turn right onto Pandora Ave. Follow Pandora Ave to Wharf Street (at Johnson St bridge). Turn left onto Wharf Street and follow the water. Broughton is the 4th street on your left.

From The Coho Terminal (US Ferry):
Exit the Coho Ferry terminal and turn left onto Belleville Street. Turn left onto Government Street and drive past the Empress Hotel. Stay left, and follow the Inner Harbour. We're just past the Tourism Victoria Information Centre, on the right hand side of the road.

Walking Directions

From the Empress Hotel:
Turn right when leaving the Empress Hotel and walk across the street to the Tourism Victoria Information Centre. Keep walking to your right and follow the Inner Harbour. We'll be on the right side of the road, just up Broughton Street. Look for our street sign.

From The Bay Centre:
When you leave The Bay Centre you can follow Fort Street or View Street down to Government Street. Once on Goverment Street turn left and walk towards the Inner Harbour. Broughton Street is one block past Fort Street. Turn right on Broughton Street, and follow it to the water. We're on the right side of the road - at the end, just past a parkade.

From Market Square:
You can either walk up Johnson Street from Market Square to Goverment Street and turn right to walk towards the Inner Harbour and The Bay Centre.

Or if you walk from Market Square towards the water (Johnson Street bridge), turn left on Wharf Street and follow the water. We're 4 block down, on the right hand side.
